Speakship was born from that belief - slowly, gently over conversations, coffees, late nights, long walks, and the many pauses in between.

It didn’t begin as a plan. It began as a feeling. A quiet knowing that there’s a kind of magic when the right voice meets the right room. That when someone speaks from the depth of what they know, and who they are, something shifts. In a team. In a moment. Sometimes even in a life.

We come from different worlds. Mishika spent years listening to speakers, to clients, to stories that made people lean in. She’s always known how to hold a voice and carry it with care. Djay builds quietly with systems, with code, with intention. He sees how things connect, how things flow, and how they can work better. We’re very different in how we see, but deeply aligned in what we believe.

Speakship is what we’re building together. Not just as a company, but as a way to put something better into the world. A space for ideas that matter. A home for voices we believe in. A reminder to ourselves and to others that words carry change.
